TEAMS & CLUBS
Our experience coaches has worked with many of older population clients. The main focus of training will be to: improve balance & reduce the risk of falling, provide a structured training program to maintain bone density, & improve strength & physical well-being. We utilize assessments and objective data to tailor training to the specific needs of the individual.
